Return Policy
Doll Clothes, Doll Accessories and Doll Bedding:
If for any reason you are not satisfy with any DOLL CLOTHES purchase, we accept returns up to 15 days from the date of purchase. Item MUST be in the original condition. We will refund price of item less shipping. Refunds are contingent upon inspection of item(s) once we receive it. Contact Us for an authorization number.
Doll Furniture, "For Her Dept"- Kids Furniture, Play sets and Kids Bedding :
Many items such as furniture will be shipped directly from the manufacturer to customer soon as the customer places an order. My Pink Planet.com begins the procurement process with the furniture and accessory manufacturer(s). Once the order is confirmed with manufacturer(s), My Pink Planet.com is monetary obligated to purchase the items ordered with each manufacturer.
All furniture, room decor, children's accessories, play set, and kids bedding are custom ed ordered from the manufactured and ships directly to customer, therefore we are unable to accept returns on these items. All merchandise is subject to the manufacturer's warranty. Mypinkplanet.com will provide you with contact information for the manufacturer for repair or replacement, should a manufacturer defects be the case. Customercare@mypinkplanet.com

All cancellation and refund request must be made within 24 hours of date of purchase order.
If item is ordered and delivery refused, the customer will be charged a 25% restocking fee and the shipping will not be reimbursed.
Borders cannot be returned once opened.
Back Orders
Any item that is not in stock will be shipped to you when it becomes available. However, you will be notified by email.

All custom and personalized orders are not returnable or refundable. They are simply a Final Sale.

We ship USPS priority mail international. On large children's furniture item, please email us if the manufacturer of the particular item ships overseas and cost of freight.
