RETURN POLICY

Doll Clothing, Shoes and Accessories - Returns and exchanges will be honored within 30 days of purchase with a proof of purchase.   

If an item is received damaged or is incorrectly shipped by us please contact Customer Support immediately. Items that are defective or incorrectly shipped from us qualify for replacement, refunds or store credit. Refunds are contingent upon inspection of item(s) upon receipt at our warehouse.

To return an item, please contact our customer service specialists via email or phone to obtain a return authorization number to include on your shipment. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns without a return authorization number as we cannot match the return shipment to your account.  Shipping cost and the return shipping cost is the responsibility of the Customer.

If an item is ordered and delivery is refused, the customer will be charged a 25% restocking fee and the shipping will not be reimbursed. In the event it, item is returned customer will be responsible for a 25% restocking fee. 

Sales Tax

No sales tax will be charged to delivery locations outside of the state of New Jersey. My Pink Planet, LLC are required by law to collect 6.875% sales tax on all orders shipped to a New Jersey address.

SHIPPING - We ship in the stock items same day or the next business day.

FLAT- RATE SHIPPING - We offer a $7.99 Flat-Rate Shipping for our doll clothes and accessories, so order as many as you like! (U.S. Address Only)

International Orders 

We Ship to Canada, England, Ireland, France and Australia.
 
Clothing will not arrive in gift boxes rather will arrive in it's polybag due to help our international buyer with the cost of shipping.
 
International buyers are responsible for duty and taxes that may apply.


Delivery Time

Our goal is to ship to our customer as quickly as possible. Orders are shipped same business day or next business day.

Can I use the coupon more than once?
No, Unfortunately, the coupon can only be used once.

Can I combine coupons?
Coupons cannot be combined in an order

Where do I enter the coupon code?
At the checkout page enter the coupon code in the box

I have a coupon for a specific item?
You must have that specific item in your shopping cart prior to checkout. You cannot
use the coupon for another item.
